John, If you hadn't started this site, most of us wouldn't have had a clue as to the fate of the Cochrane. We have also had the pleasure of getting reaquainted with shipmates we thought we'd never hear from again and also a chance to make a few new friends. Thank you.

Yes John, just want to chime in with Wes in thanking you! Thanks to this site have been able to get in touch with some long lost friends.
And have the pleasure of learning of others you had the great experience of serving on the best warship ever! Just wish there was a way to get the word out to others who served onboard her. Alot of other people I would like to locate and this site is a great way of doing it! And the forums are very informative and entertaining too. Keep it up John, for all of us! Again thanks!
