Hey I did my first crossing on the June '85 IO cruise and I too felt the wrath of Master Chief and EM1. :) In fact I think you were still there to. :( lol

I CROSSED IN 1984 ALONG WITH A LOT OF JUNIOR OFFICERS AND OUR SKIPPER CDR DENNIS BLAIR, NOW RETIRED ADM BLAIR WHO WAS JUST SELECTED TO PRESIDENT-ELECT OBAMA'S CABINET

Ed, I remember that "cute" large belly of yours! Still got my card after all these years. I went on to cross the equator many more times on 2 aircraft carriers...talk about a lot of pollywogs!
