The USS Cochrane was the best of all the ships that I have ever been on and I loved every minute of it,In fact when I got orders to transfer to Indian Head, Md. I cryed because I really loved that ship. Also when Capt. R.D. Tucker came on that ship he had the neatest saying. "WETSU"; S---T Hot Destroyer, I liked it so much that I went out and got the tattoo of it on my right forearm,of course I had it abbreviated.
