All, I wrote a quick ships History on USS Cochrane, and I think John will be posting it soon. I would like to update it and flesh it out with oral histories from all of you.
If you have any good sea stories, or events worthy of inclusion please e-mail them along with your full name so I properly credit them to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
I need dates also. Month and year would be sufficient. When I finish I will post it for all to have. Also I have a book on Cochrane, and I wish to include it in the History section. Short stuff you can place here, and I am looking over the sea stories section.
Then all I have to do is find some way to publish it. Naval institute turned it down as "we believe there would be insufficient interest in this subject" Not!!!!

John,
If I remember what you were teaching us at 0200 hours, the pressure can't go beyond 1200psi or was it 1200 miller lites? Snipes are supposed to handle pressure.
