- Description: My Shellback wallet card from January 1979. Ohhh, the tasteless green spaghetti was the easiest part. Worst for me was when they borrowed the life-raft we had in the AS Division for our diving platform. We had cut off the cover but kept the rest intact. It was tied down on the fantail several days before the crossing, filled with mess leftovers and left to ferment in the tropical sun. On the "march" (more like a crawl), we had to slither through both halves of the stew then got blasted by a firehose. Anyone have some pictures of the regal event?
